Needing to get the word out about their newly for sale renovated lofts, Sterchi Lofts engaged with Smarketing to create a website that would do just that.
The Sterchi Building in downtown Knoxville is a staple of our city’s skyline. Since 2002, the building has been host to Sterchi Lofts, a residential complex of modern, upscale lofts ranging from studios to four bedroom units. In early 2018, the lofts, formerly rentals only, became available for purchase for those looking for the downtown condo lifestyle.
Smarketing introduced a design that reflected the sophistication and modern look of the lofts. Due to the scale and variety of available units, it was important for Sterchi Lofts to have the flexibility to highlight featured lofts while making the large-scale library easily navigable.
It was essential for us to design a website with intuitive search features and easy access to information and contacts.
